Do any of you used or owned a Havoc 37mm flare launcher attached to an M4 or variant?

I build custom and AR-15, the party. Yes, it looks good. Without But never, never had a need to fire a flare. Even when I had my 30 foot sloop and flares made, well, I would not carry it because the pitcher flares and probably are not USCG. That, and almost all ranges of prohibiting use of flares. Once Obama gets in the White House and the new ban happens – these will be impossible to find at any price. Heck, they are becoming harder to find now. Hope not buy it.
