Training for Boxing / MMA?
I wear gloves gloves 1 pounds which makes me get used to the 16 ounces, and ankle weights 10 pounds, all day, walking across campus, to work / bartender at a restaurant. I wear a vest of 20 pounds per home, even when playing playstation, and Gloves roaming free will of the fingers or driving, the vest is like a shirt, which weighs 20 pounds I've got you under my clothes for everyday life, it is more harmful or helpful, what does not kill you makes you stronger, right? To be let know that weigh 175 and am 5'10 ". Amtauer I started boxing, but I realize that little resistance, has breath in the second round. And I'm in the process of converting my fat, what little there is, in the muscle. My legs / thighs are huge compared to me upper body. And I have this idea, from aa Japanese cartoons, one of the combatants who wear weighted, and when it is removed, the faster / strong …. I I know it's a cartoon, but it makes sense, pro / cons?
My only suggestion would be to use the vest when working out (ie sprints, crunches, medicine ball) stringer tapes used to improve drilling. Strength training is about the best thing for boxing …. Back in the day, nobody raised weights … everything was to the mass of a body, and resistance … But good luck, and hope to see your name in the papers
