Any restaurant that used frying pans fire extinguisher must have a Class K in Toronto?

Class K is for grease fires, and is classified to vegetable fats (to cook at higher temps than butter-based systems old extinguishers using Class B). I do not know about the reg in Toronto, but would be very surprised if allowed a commercial fryer without adequate extinguishing system Class K FD. Seattle posted a good explanation at:
