Hand pump water through an RO system?
Would it be possible to get a hand bilge pump or even a small bilge pump connected to an electric battery, then pump brackish or salt water through reverse osmosis system and a reservoir to store the drinking water?
As high pressure of approx. 700 psi would be necessary to force sea water through membranes that would not be feasible.
