Why is a carbon dioxide extinguisher fire the best for use on electrical fires?
I have 2 questions. the other is: Why would be dangerous to use water on electrical fires? chemistry! I need help!

We must also take into account the 3 types of extinguishers A – is for fire that are paper and wood. B-electrical fires. C-chemical fires (auto-oxidant fires) normally found in laboratories. Type A contains water. I do not know the chemistry behind C.
