Regular uniform items can be purchased at the Coast Guard Uniform Distribution Center (UDC) on: Accept http://www.uscg.mil/hq/cg1/udc/ Internet, fax and telephone orders. Float coats are organizational issues, so maybe it's able to buy one for personal use … but you can get an idea prices here: http://www.go2marine.com/category.do?no=17923 I did not realize they were so expensive!
