Why airlines advertise "float", but every time a plane lands on water, all the passengers die?
Every time the airlines flying passengers to teach how to inflate life jackets. It seems useless.
Yes, but still better than nothing. I can not cite a specific example, but there must have been some water landings where people left the plane before it sank and had life jackets and inflatable rafts to stay afloat before help arrived. I know a plane crash outside of Florida where people do not get out and floated in the water, but were attacked by sharks. Nobody survived, but not exactly drowning either.
