What GPS / Fish Finder is updated?
I have a Lorance X-48 (7). I'm looking to improve and get some bang for my money. The budget in the range of $ 500. One question I have is the best to buy an underwater camera and a separate pager.
I am left with a Lowrance LMS-520C. It is a little above your price range of $ 500, but occasionally can be found on sale for under $ 600. In the range of $ 500, have a look at the Garmin 178C. I have one in the console of my boat. Works great, just do not like as well as the Lowrance, I have in the bow. The Lowrance seems to have a form of fish better for me. The GPS is comparable in both.
