Radio Scanner advice.?
I am considering the purchase of a VHF/UHF digital, programmable, handheld scanner. Price range about $300.00 to $400.00 dollars. Do they make one that you can plug a recorder into? Does one manufacture stand out for quality more then the others? Which has the best voice? Any help in finding a decent scanner would be appreciated.
