Warrant Officer Michael Edwin Thornton
Petty Officer Michael Edwin Thornton is known for winning the revered Medal of Honor and also save the life of Lt. Thomas Norris in October 1972. Thornton has always been renowned for their fighting spirit, never say die attitude and a tireless passion for his country. Their contribution the war in Vietnam is still a source of inspiration for all soldiers Navy SEALs mission.
Beyond the call of duty

After graduating from High School in 1967, shortly after the officer Michael Edwin Thornton enrolled in the Navy SEALs and was soon sent to Vietnam as the situation was strained. It was here that Edwin Little Thornton, Michael showed his immense courage, his dedication to save his chief adviser and the defense of their honor country.
