She has 4 children. going to Lake Erie and the need for life jackets. They can not afford the security restrictions. Does anyone know where I could directly or in which I look for her. Thanks in advance ….
Your client may not really need to get life jackets on their own. If the family goes boating on a commercial vessel (a ship, boat tourism, or something), the Coast Guard requires the vessel to carry enough lifejackets for all on board. In other words, no need to bring your own. If going on a private boat, you should ask the owner of what is in the form of lifejackets. The requirements for private vessels are not as strict, but there are minimum the Coast Guard. I wish I could offer advice about a place that offers free life jackets. Unfortunately, I can. But I would advise not to go into a private boat if there is not enough life jackets for their children. It would be irresponsible. And I advised him to stay out of thrift stores and the like. Vests modern life that need to be inflated, are easier to make, but will wear out over time. You will not hear the hard way that having one that no longer works. (As I said, ferries and these are not a problem.) I hope this information is helpful.
