Can you join the army if you have Crohn's disease?
My plan is to enter the army, and chronos but I've been off all medication and allowances for the year. UPS no style, as well as more than a year. everything I've been taking it vitamens. I have read the "Standards of Medical Fitness" and has been that it is a disqualifier, but when he tried to join the Marines two years ago my recuriter said examanier doctor said I would have to be out of drugs for atleast one year. curious if anyone was capable of it giving up?
If you are serious about marriage, I would go to the deputies and pass by the physicist. Then the doctor will perform a series of questions. Just be open and honest. The fact that you have been off meds for a year is a good sign, and there's a good chance of being canceled. I do not think there is a specific question about Crohn's disease in the physical questionnaire, only slightly more general on digestional problems. Simply check the box, and when asked to reveal everything. Tell them you've been off the medication and do not think it's a problem. There is good probability that can not even need a waiver. I used to have migraines, but have gone for 3 years without medication. I provided for Members and did not need any subsequent resignation or debate. Just Be honest, then even if you have problems in basic training, its not your fault at all.
