Lack of safe products when purchased?
I bought a marine radio, but when I got it home, opened the box and the radio was not in the box but all the accessories. I took it to the shop and refuse to return because I feel I have kept the radio and they're trying to defraud them. store manager is in agreement. What kind of action I have or am I out $ 100?
I'm sure you can see the point of view of the shops. However, these things happen and store you must take seriously. I opened boxes sealed and there were things missing. There is nothing like this, however. Only small things. When I took an item back, Store spare opened the box and discovered that there were parts missing as well so I felt very justified. If the store is a national, write to the headquarters. Explain in detail and not use foul language. That never helps. As one of the other answers say, if you used your credit card, dispute the charge.
