Is there a way to make the best scanner radio transmitter-receiver?
Is there any way you can make a scanner that picks up all frequencies is not a top online scanner a radio transceiver as you can get all the single-radio bands such as police / fire / Airband / cb / EMS / rail / sea / amateur. ETC. there are tons more than what you just typed, but that's the idea. as all frequencies and be able transmit and receive (TRANSCEIVER) is there any way possible
Nope. Scanners know anything about what to convey to everyone. In practice, for a variety of technical reasons, it is not really possible to make broadband transmitters anyway.
