Is there a way to make the best scanner radio transmitter-receiver?
Is there any way you can make a scanner that picks up all frequencies is not a top online scanner a radio transceiver as you can get all the single-radio bands such as police / fire / Airband / cb / EMS / rail / sea / amateur. Nope. Scanners know anything about what to convey to everyone. In practice, for a variety of technical reasons, it is not really possible to make broadband transmitters anyway.
