Few offer water sports such as tubing pure fun boat. And the best part is it's so easy compared to, for example, water-skiing. This feature makes it suitable for all age groups and so a great activity for the whole family. As easy as it is, however, it is necessary to take some precautions. Here a few pointers on how to get the most out of your experience towable tube.
First, let's look at what is towed. Essentially, the towing experience involves being pulled behind a boat or one of various types of "trailer." These trailerable boat can take a variety of forms, but are the most popular tubes (such as water skiing tubes). The tubes come in a wide range of shapes and sizes, so our first tip is about buying a tube and the cable that connects it to the boat.
Towables are made of artificial fibers like nylon, polyester, PVC or neoprene. Polyester is the most durable while neoprene is more comfortable and more expensive. If you have children, you might prefer the latter.
Then there is the matter of form. Towables come in a wide range of shapes and sizes. The original design is the donut. This is best suited for adults who can sit on top. However it is not so convenient for smaller people to sit. In addition, the donut rolls over easily making it unsuitable for young children.
Then there are the pipes flat deck and delta-shaped. These are great for multiple riders. These can turn easily and are therefore more suitable for teenagers and young adults.
Then we "ride" and "ride" the tubes. The former are like small boats and are ideal for young children those requiring a gentler experience. "Ride-ons' are long narrow trailer. Sometimes called torpedo style, they can sit up to six drivers. So they are great for groups of young riders seeking speed and thrills.
Finally, for extreme emotions are not the rocker trailer with wings. These are examples of concept tubes which are aimed at Thrillseeker.
As for the cords that connect the towable to the boat, these are classified according to number of passengers permitted. Towable ropes should be 50 and 65 feet long.
Now that you have purchased your rope and trailer, it's time to see some tips use. First, always check any warning indicators on the tube. Read and obey the manufacturer's specifications on such factors as the number of pilots, their size and the maximum weight and maximum speed limits recommended. Then the tubers should be instructed on how to position themselves in the tube. Do not forget to always wear a personal flotation device while in the water.
The next step is finding the right area of water for trailer. To be safe, you should allow at least 100 feet of unobstructed water on either side of the boat and at least 3000 feet ahead. Than the driver the boat must have a "helper" to see if there are drivers who fall. The observer can then alert other boats in the area waving a flag.
It is essential also that the boat driver to be familiar with regulations affecting this stretch of water that you are. Speed limits are influenced by conditions water. Wake up, for example, can be dangerous for the trailer boat speeds should be reduced. And we must take into account the capabilities of the pilots in the t
