tips for building endurance swimming laps?
I just started swimming in the mornings before work. this is the first Once you've tried really swim. I was never on the swim team and had swimming lessons as a kid, but I've always been a decent swimmer and I felt comfortable in the water. I really want to prepare an Olympic distance triathlon, but I need some advice in order to become a strong swimmer.

I do not recommend them … my athletes always develop shoulder problems. 8. Join a swim team of teachers for training partners, partners and triathlon training.
