Kiteboarders gather for Wind Festival

The Animal Windfest 2009 is set to challenge the waves and further promote the exciting sport of kiteboarding. Contrary to popular knowledge Kiteboarding is an expensive sport, the organizers tried a different approach to the event this year. With the closeness and encouragement in mind, the event aims to encourage professionals, check kiters, and new and young people to participate in this year's event, animals Windfest.

According to Gary Willingham, the curator, his first step to fans of water sports is through reduced registration fees. Compared with Pounds45 last year, the registration fee for this year is Pounds35. E vent includes a shirt, free pasta lunch for two days and a 50% discount for the entry on Saturday night. Pounds30 rate second is for participants who do not want to compete, but would be there for more on improving their skills through activities that were prepared. Christian Harris and Karin Nativel that are internationally recognized British Kite Surfing Association (BKSA) trainers will provide training and career breaks. The fee covers free event shirt, pasta meal for two days and half the price of entry for the game Saturday.

Here are the exciting events to watch out in the 2009 Animal Windfest. Its main event is the race around the buoys. The first buoy is located upwind of the starting line and runners will have to navigate the last course buoy for 20 minutes. Willingham actions that drivers today use computers strengthen specific battle wind of 8 to 40 knots. With this, this event promises fun and exciting to wait! In addition to the race, the event also offers "side events" such as free-flying kite taster under the guidance of instructors from the Academy of watersports and Easy Rider Kiteboarding. If there is one more reason to participate in this event, which would be the picturesque beach of Sandbanks in Poole.
