Is it possible to dye Aquavest Astral 300R Rescue PFD (which is yellow) using black Rit dye? This is a expensive jacket worn by a guide whitewater rafting. I wanted a black but not available.
you must have purchased the red one: P its hard said. a friend of mine tried his rashvest black dye and it turned orange. really do not know how materials will react. you can try but I worry it will not be dye well and would design yellow shit Tho still looks good. the dye is likely to wreck hand warmers anyway
