How can I keep my shallow pool free of algae without having a bomb?
We bought a ground pool metal frame on Walmart last year. It is 4 feet deep. Our city's permission to change the laws of this year so far are not allowed to fill over 24 inches unless you buy a permanent license, along with some other rules. So now we have only filled about 20 inches deep, the pump can not reach the water. Algae are increasingly in it. The float of chlorine does not help because the water is stagnant. Any ideas that are inexpensive to solve this problem?
