Highway 33 in flash white powder on the outside?
While cleaning the garage today we have a road safety kit old my wife has had since he started driving – 33 years ago. When opened, there were two flares on the same side of the road, which were covered with white powder residue, to the point that we could not do the deed. I carefully pulled the team and placed in a sealed plastic bag. I have two questions. A) What was the white residue and dangerous that it has touched? (I wash hands thoroughly after) B) Are these dangerous and if so how I can dispose of them carefully?
sulfur can only be from the review power. that probably ran on the side for more wet. I just want to throw them away or bury
