In Maryland, type 5 pfd are allowed to be used to drive a PWC?
I just bought a jet ski and am looking to buy a jacket new life. Type 5 PFD (Personal Flotation Devices) have much more room to move when it leads to a type 3 or 2 PFD. But I realize that only certain activities are allowed for use of a Type 5 PFD, is driving a jet ski from them?
